How to add Robots into your Wave
ShareThis tutorial on Google Wave demonstrates how to add a Robot into Google Wave. This Google Wave tutorial assumes you have a Google Wave account and you've logged into Google Wave using the Google Chrome browser. This done, you should see a similar window to the screen shot below.
Figure 1 - Google Wave
In this screen shot notice the existing Waves, visible within the middle panel of the Wave client. For the purposes of this tutorial we'll use a new Wave to add a robot to, as oppose to using an existing Wave. Therefore, to create a new Wave, click on the 'New wave' link, available on the far right panel of the Wave client.
With a new Wave created, click on the + symbol at the very top of the Wave panel. At this point you should see options similar to Figure 2 as shown below. Type the address of the robot you want to include within your Wave into the text field as highlighted within figure 2. If it's the first time you're adding the robot into your Google Wave account you will see a message below the text field, asking you to confirm whether the robot is okay to add into your Google Wave contact list. Click OKay.

In this example, the robot used is sweepy-wave@appspot.com although if you're attempting to add a different robot the principles here are exactly the same. The address to add the robot to your wave is included below.
