Google Wave is now available to everyone as part of Google Labs. You no longer need an invitation to wave. Visit wave.google.com to start waving or read the official announcement here.

Google Wave is the new platform for modern, online communication and collaboration provided by Google. The Google Wave framework can be extended with the use of Extensions.

In August, Google announced that Wave would no longer be developed as a standalone product, but that the Wave technology would survive in other products. Today, I am happy announce the launch of Google Shared Spaces in Google Labs as one of those off-shoots.
